The plazas are open 24 hours a day and offer a
variety of fast food and full-service dining options,
fuel, restrooms and other
amenities. In addition, there are seasonal
outdoor Farmers Markets at the New Stanton,
Sideling Hill and Allentown Service
Plazas. From April to November, Turnpike
travelers enjoy shopping at these markets which
carry Pennsylvania farm products.
ART SPARKS
Art Sparks is a partnership between the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts that brings local, student-produced art to PA Turnpike service plazas through the Arts in Education program.
Students from Big Spring Middle School presented the art of barn quilts in this plaza. The 4-foot-by-4-foot quilt murals use unique shapes and colors to represent rural south-central PA.
DINING CHOICES
Roy Rogers
Roy Rogers employs a simple strategy of offering the customer a choice of the “Big Three” menu items — delicious roast beef sandwiches, fried chicken and hamburgers. During breakfast, they serve egg platters and breakfast sandwiches
Starbucks
Starbucks is well known for their premium beverages, including coffee and espresso drinks, tea and coffee alternatives. Starbucks also features ready-to-drink beverages and pre-made bakery items and sandwiches.

Auntie Anne's
Auntie Anne's features many flavors of their fresh-baked pretzels, including their Original and Cinnamon Sugar. Also available are Pretzel Sticks, Pretzel Nuggets, and Pretzel Dogs. While there, pick up an ice-cold lemonade to quench your thirst.
