The plazas are open 24 hours a day and offer a variety of fast food and full-service dining options, fuel, restrooms and other amenities. In addition, there are seasonal outdoor Farmers Markets at the New Stanton, Sideling Hill and Allentown Service Plazas. From April to November, Turnpike travelers enjoy shopping at these markets which carry Pennsylvania farm products.

Roy Rogers

Roy Rogers employs a simple strategy of offering the customer a choice of the “Big Three” menu items—delicious roast beef sandwiches, fried chicken and hamburgers. During breakfast, they serve egg platters and breakfast sandwiches.

Keystone Roadside BBQ

Keystone BBQ offers pulled pork and chicken, beef brisket, and chili to fill you up. Sides such as tater tots, mac ‘n cheese, and potato salad are also available.
