Commission Meetings

In response to COVID-19, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission Administration Building is closed to visitors. Accordingly, the Commission Meetings will be held via telephone (through May 2020 or until further notice). The Commission will post call-in/WebEx information for those who wish to attend the meeting via telephone/WebEx. We invite vendors, visitors and contractors to utilize the WebEx number for the meeting; that information should be posted at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

The Commission will continue to closely monitor the CDC’s and other government websites for up-to-date information regarding COVID-19, risk assessment and guidance to businesses. If you have any questions please contact Ann Louise Edwards at 717-831-7219 or aedwards@paturnpike.com.

PUBLIC-MEETING NOTICE

Pursuant to the Sunshine Act (Act 84 of 1986)

The 2020 Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission meetings will be held on the dates listed. The agendas are generally posted at least 48 hours before the Commission meeting, and minutes are posted after formal approval by the Commission. Turnpike Commission meetings are scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise advertised. The meetings, typically held on a Tuesday, take place at the Turnpike Administration Building, Large Board Room, 700 S. Eisenhower Blvd. Third Floor, Middletown, PA, 17057.

Public Comment

Regularly scheduled Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission meetings allow for public comment. The Turnpike Commission will consider all public concerns and opinions brought to its attention. Anyone who wishes to address the Commission should contact the Assistant Secretary-Treasurer (below) at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting date.
