Keep your account information up-to-date. Account information includes address, phone numbers, e-mail address, vehicles and credit/debit cards.
Mount your transponder. Failure to mount the transponder may result in additional charges or violation notices.
Report your Lost/Stolen Transponder Immediately. Customers are responsible for ALL toll charges incurred until the transponder is reported as Lost/Stolen. To report a Lost/Stolen transponder, please call the PTC E-ZPass Customer Service Center at 877.736.6727 (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am until 6:00 pm). Customers can also login to the account via our website.
