Lane Restrictions Needed at the Gateway Toll Plaza Sept. 9
Delays possible while maintenance work is performed on electronic toll equipment.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission advises motorists traveling eastbound through the Gateway Mainline Toll Plaza, Exit 2, in Lawrence County that the right-lane will be closed Sept. 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The single-lane pattern will be in effect to allow crews to safely perform maintenance work on the overhead electronic tolling equipment.  This work will proceed as the weather permits.

Message boards will be in place prior to the toll plaza alerting motorists of the traffic restrictions. Motorists should obey posted speed limits and stay alert in the work zone.
