Pennsylvania Turnpike to Close Overnight Sunday, Nov. 17, between Lansdale and Quakertown Interchanges

Six-hour closure needed for planned traffic stage switch between mileposts 31.34 and 37.39 on the Northeastern Extension.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission advises motorists that the Northeastern Extension (I-476) will be closed in both directions on Sunday, Nov. 17 from 12:00 a.m. to 6 a.m. between the Lansdale Interchange, Exit 31, Montgomery County, and the Quakertown Interchange, Exit 44, Bucks County.

The closure is necessary for the protection of motorists and workers so crews can safely perform a traffic control stage switch on the Northeastern Extension total reconstruction project between mileposts 31.34 and 37.39.
