PennDOT Repairs on State Route 29 Could Create Traffic Backups at ‘E-ZPass-Only’ Interchange
Commuters should plan accordingly.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike advises I-76 motorists to expect delays, beginning June 8, at the entry ramps at the State Route 29 (SR 29) E-Z Pass Only Interchange, Exit 320, Chester County. PennDOT’s sinkhole repair work on SR 29 will require single lane closures in both directions in the area. These repairs are slated to continue throughout the summer months.

The greatest delays will occur during commuting traffic times from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Delays will be Monday through Friday until Aug. 28. Motorists should plan accordingly.

Message boards are in place to inform customers of the delays.
