Express E-ZPass Lane Closures Scheduled October 21 at Neshaminy Falls Interchange
Eight-hour closure needed for toll equipment maintenance.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike advises motorists traveling eastbound on Interstate 276, to be prepared for slow-moving or stopped traffic approaching the Neshaminy Falls Interchange, Exit 353, in Bucks County on Oct. 21 and 22.

Beginning at 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 21, Express E-ZPass entry lanes four, five and six will be closed until 5:30 a.m. on Oct. 22 for planned maintenance work of the overhead and underground tolling equipment. These lanes are used by E-ZPass customers.

Conventional E-ZPass lanes will still be available to E-ZPass customers and they are located on the left side of the interchange. Motorists should be aware that the conventional E-ZPass lanes have a speed limit of 5 mph. Work schedules are subject to change based on weather conditions.

The PA Turnpike is in the process of decommissioning and removing all call boxes from the roadway due to a significant decline in use over recent years. Modern means like smart phones, make it safer for our motorists to communicate incidents safely from inside their vehicle.  To report an accident or other emergencies on the PA Turnpike, stay in your car and dial *11 on your mobile phone.
