PA Turnpike Advises of Traffic Restrictions on Toll 576 (Findlay Connector)
Single-lane pattern to be in place for nearly two months

The PA Turnpike Commission advises motorists traveling both eastbound and westbound on Toll 576 (Findlay Connector) in Allegheny County that a single-lane pattern will be in effect between Exit 2 (U.S. Route 30) and Exit 4 (Westport Road) beginning Sept. 26 and lasting through mid-November. The traffic restrictions will allow crews to safely install electronic tolling equipment over the travel lanes.

This work is part of the PA Turnpike’s conversion to cashless tolling on Toll 576, which will eventually connect to the Southern Beltway once work there is complete. For more information on the Cashless Tolling program, visit the No Cash Zone website at www.nocashzone.com.

Message boards will be activated on Toll 576 to alert motorists of the traffic restrictions. To report an accident or other emergencies on the PA Turnpike, dial *11 on your mobile phone. To learn more about PA Turnpike conditions or to contact us, use one of these resources:
