PA Turnpike Closed Northbound Between Lansdale and Quakertown Interchanges
Closure due to multiple tractor trailer accident on I-476 in Montgomery County.

 

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is advising motorists that I-476 is closed northbound from the Lansdale Interchange, Exit #31, in Montgomery County to the Quakertown Interchange, Exit # 44, in Bucks County, while crews clear the scene of a multi-vehicle accident involving four tractor trailers at milepost 30.6 on the Northeastern Extension (I-476). No life-threatening injuries are being reported.

Motorists should expect heavy delays while traveling in this area. The Turnpike recommends all northbound motorists take State Route 63 east to US Route 202 north to State Route 309 north to State Route 663 south.  Reenter the PA Turnpike at the Quakertown Interchange, Exit #44.
