Governor Tom Wolf has ordered Commonwealth flags to half-staff 

Governor Tom Wolf has ordered all Commonwealth flags at the Capitol Complex, Commonwealth facilities, and all public buildings and grounds in Luzerne County to remain lowered to half-staff to honor Kristopher Moules who died in the line of duty at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility on July 18, 2016.

The Governor has ordered flags to return to full-staff at sunset on July 25, 2016.

All Pennsylvanians are invited to participate in this tribute.
