Pa. Turnpike Advises Motorists of Possible Delays Near Cranberry Exit
Overnight work scheduled on the eastbound ramps May 2 and 3.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission advises motorists entering the Turnpike in Cranberry Twp., Butler County, Exit 28, and traveling eastbound that they may experience delays due to four intermittent, 15-minute traffic paces scheduled from 10 p.m. on May 2 through 5 a.m. on May 3 near the eastbound exit and entrance ramps.

During the paces, Turnpike maintenance and state police vehicles will restrict Turnpike traffic to a speed of 20-25 miles an hour, allowing crews to safely work on the median barrier. The paces will also allow work to be completed without jeopardizing motorist safety.

Motorists in the area should be prepared for slow-moving traffic and possible stoppages.  Work schedules are subject to change based on weather conditions.
