PA Turnpike Closed Westbound at the Old Delaware River Bridge Interchange  
Closure due to an accident involving tractor trailer in Bucks County.

 

 

The Pennsylvania Turnpike is advising motorists of an accident westbound at the Old Delaware River Bridge Interchange, Exit 359, in Bucks County at milepost 358.  A tractor trailer crashed at the interchange and is on fire.

Emergency crews are at the scene controlling the fire. No life-threatening injuries are being reported. The trapped backlog of traffic is getting through one lane at the interchange, but all westbound traffic is temporarily stopped entering the Pennsylvania Turnpike from the Delaware River Bridge.
