Commonwealth flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Fulton and York Counties lowered to half-staff.

Governor Tom Wolf has ordered all Commonwealth flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Fulton and York Counties lowered to half-staff in honor Danny Crouse and Ronald Heist.  Danny Crouse, 55, a Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission employee and Ronald Heist, 72, a security contractor working on behalf of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission were killed while working at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission’s Fort Littleton Interchange on Sunday, March 20, 2016.  The Commonwealth flag shall remain lowered until interment of both Mr. Crouse and Mr. Heist.
