US and PA Flags Lowered to Half-Staff

Governor Tom Wolf today ordered the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Dauphin County lowered to half-staff in honor of Corporal Kenneth Stuck, a United States Army soldier declared missing in action 65 years ago in the Korean War.

Stuck’s remains were recently identified and will be returned to his family today in Hummelstown where he will be laid to rest.

Flags shall remain lowered until sunset on Saturday, January 30, 2016.

All Pennsylvanians are invited to participate in this tribute.
