United States and Pennsylvania Flags to Fly at Half-Staff
at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Westmoreland County.

Governor Tom Wolf has ordered all United States and Commonwealth flags in the Capital Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Westmoreland County to fly at half-staff to honor St. Clair Township Officer Lloyd Reed.

Reed, a law enforcement officer for more than 20 years, sustained life threatening injuries while responding to a call Saturday night.

Flags shall be lowered to half-staff and remain lowered until internment.

All Pennsylvanians are invited to participate in this tribute.
