Express E-Zpass Lanes to Close at Mid-County Interchange Nov. 10
Temporary closure needed for routine maintenance to toll-equipment.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission advises motorists to be prepared for slow-moving or stopped traffic approaching the Mid-County Interchange (Exit #20) on Nov. 10. Beginning at 9:30 a.m., the Turnpike will close the Express E-ZPass lanes to northbound and southbound traffic and reopen those lanes at 3 p.m.

The closure is needed so crews can safely perform routine maintenance on the tolling equipment. E-ZPass customers can still use the conventional E-ZPass lanes at the interchange which are posted at 5 mph.
