| PA Flag to Half-staff at Capital Complex and Lycoming County | |||||
|
Governor Tom Wolf today ordered the Commonwealth flag in the Capital Complex and Commonwealth facilities in Lycoming County lowered to half-staff in honor of Driver License Examiner, Christopher Kerns. The Commonwealth flag shall remain lowered until sunset on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, the day of Kerns' internment. All Pennsylvanians are invited to participate in this tribute. *United States flag is to remain at full-staff. |
