Governor Corbett has ordered all Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at all Commonwealth facilities in Montgomery and Chester Counties to be lowered to half-staff to honor Pennsylvania State Police Trooper David Kedra. Trooper Kedra was killed in the line of duty on Tuesday, September 30, 2014, in Skippack, Pennsylvania. State flags shall remain at half-staff until sunset on Monday, October 6, 2014, the day of interment.
All Pennsylvanians are invited to participate in this tribute.
