| US & PA Flags to Half Staff at Capitol Complex and Philadelphia County | |||||
| Governor Corbett has ordered all United States and Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Philadelphia County lowered to half-staff on Friday, March 14, 2014. This is in honor of World War II Veteran William Guarnere, who passed away on March 8th. Mr. Guarnere was a member of legendary WWII Band of Brothers. Flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on Friday, March 14, 2014. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to participate in this tribute. |
