| US and PA Flags to Half Staff at Capitol Complex and Allegheny County | |||||
| Governor Corbett has ordered all United States and Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Allegheny County lowered to half-staff on Saturday, January 25, 2014. This is in honor of US Air Force Captain Sean M. Ruane, who was killed in a tragic helicopter crash on January 7th. Flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on January 25, 2014. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to participate in this tribute. |
