Governor Corbett has ordered all Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities throughout the state lowered to half-staff on Monday, January 6, 2014.  This is in honor of former Pennsylvania Adjutant General Nick Kafakalas, who passed away on December 31st.  Flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on Monday, January 6.

All Pennsylvanians are authorized to participate in this tribute.
