| Governor Corbett has ordered all Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Wyoming County lowered to half-staff on Monday, November 25, 2013. This is in honor of First Fire Assistant Fire Chief Russell Gow, who was killed in the line of duty on November 21, 2013 . All Pennsylvanians are authorized to participate in this tribute. |
