| Governor Corbett has ordered all United States and Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex, and Commonwealth facilities in Elk County, to fly at half-staff on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. This is out of respect for Firefighter Blaine E. Wildnauer, who died in the line of duty while responding to an accident. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to participate in this tribute. |
