| Governor Corbett has ordered all United States and Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Lancaster County lowered to half-staff on Saturday, October 26, 2013. This is in honor of Army Staff Sergeant Patrick H. Quinn, who was killed October 13th in Afghanistan. Flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on October 26. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to participate in this tribute. |
