| All U.S. and Pennsylvania Flags Lowered to Half-Staff in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth Facilities in Cumberland County |

| Governor Corbett has ordered all United States and Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Cumberland County lowered to half-staff on Wednesday, October 23, 2013. This is in honor of U.S. Army Sergeant Patrick C. Hawkins, who was killed in Afghanistan on October 6th, 2013. Flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on Oct. 23. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to join in this tribute. |
