All U.S. and Pennsylvania Flags Lowered to Half-Staff in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth Facilities in Lackawanna County
Governor Corbett has ordered all United States and Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Lackawanna County lowered to half-staff on Friday, October 18, 2013, until sunset on October 18.  This is in honor of Army Air Force First Lt. Robert G. Fenstermacher who was killed in action during World War II.  His remains were recently identified and are being buried in Arlington.
 
All Pennsylvanians are authorized to join in this tribute.
