All Pennsylvania Flags Lowered to Half-Staff in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth Facilities in Allegheny and Chester Counties
Governor Corbett has ordered all United States and Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Allegheny and Chester Counties lowered to half-staff effective immediately until sunset October 16, 2013.  This is in honor of U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Robert E Pietsch and  U.S. Air Force  Maj. Louis F. Guillermin who were killed in action during the Vietnam War.  Their remains were recently identified and are being buried in a single casket in Arlington.
 
All Pennsylvanians are authorized to join in this tribute.
