| US and Pennsylvania Flags to Fly at Half-Staff Across the Commonwealth on September 11, 2013 | |||||
| In conjunction with President Obama's annual proclamation, Governor Corbett has ordered all U.S. & Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at all Commonwealth facilities throughout the state to be lowered to half-staff on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, in observance of Patriot Day. Flags are to remain at half-staff through sunset on September 11. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to join in this tribute. |
