| Pa. Turnpike's Peter J. Camiel Service Plaza Adds Outdoor Facilities and ATM Enhancements made while plaza is closed for repairs, remodeling through next spring. |

| The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) informs travelers that the recently closed Peter J. Camiel Service Plaza in Chester County now has outdoor restroom trailers available. The new, more spacious facilities replace the portable restrooms that have been available in the plaza parking lot. The new restroom facilities are air conditioned, have running water and are staffed with plaza employees throughout the day. Starting this evening, there will be an ATM (Automated Teller Machine) available near the sidewalk leading to the restroom trailers. The Camiel Service Plaza, located at milepost 305 for westbound customers, has been closed since July 29 when mold was detected after leaks in the roof were found. Fueling service has been and will continue to be available at the adjacent Sunoco station, and the Sunoco’s APlus convenience store will also remain open. HMSHost Corp. — the Bethesda, Md.-based company that manages and operates the plazas —had already scheduled the Camiel Service Plaza to be reconstructed beginning this fall, so the plaza will remain closed throughout the renovation process. The plaza is expected to be fully reopened in the spring of 2014. The nearest plaza available to westbound customers during this closure is the Lawn Service Plaza at milepost 259. Travelers are encouraged to plan ahead before traveling by calling the Turnpike Roadway Information line, 866-976-TRIP (8747) for real-time traffic alerts or visiting the Turnpike's live Travel Conditions Map online at www.paturnpike.com.
