| All Pennsylvania Flags Lowered to Half-Staff at the Capitol Complex and Throughout the State |

| At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities throughout the state are to be lowered to half-staff immediately, in honor of Governor William Scranton, who passed away on July 28, 2013. Flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on the day of his burial. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to participate in this tribute. |
