| All PA Flags Lowered to Half-Staff at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth Facilities throughout the State |

| At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities throughout the state are to be lowered to half-staff immediately, in honor of Governor George M. Leader, who passed away on May 9, 2013. Flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on Thursday, May 16. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to participate in this tribute. |
