| All PA Flags Lowered to Half-Staff at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth Facilities in Lawrence County |

| At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Lawrence County are to be lowered to half-staff immediately, in honor of Officer William J. McCarthy IV, who died in the line of duty on Thursday, May 2, 2013. Flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on Wednesday, May 8, 2013. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to participate in this tribute. |
