| All U.S. and Pennsylvania Flags to Fly at Half-Staff in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth Facilities in Dauphin County |

| At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all U.S. & Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Dauphin County are to be lowered to half-staff on Friday, May 3, 2013, in honor of U.S. Navy Special Warfare Operator Chief Brett D. Shadle, who died on March 28, 2013, during a training exercise in Arizona. Flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on Friday, May 3. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to participate in this tribute. |
