| All U.S. and Pennsylvania Flags to Fly at Half-Staff in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth Facilities in Berks County |

| At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all U.S. & Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Berks County are to be lowered to half-staff on Monday, April 22, 2013, in honor of Chief Warrant Officer Jarett M. Yoder, who died on April 9, 2013, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on Monday, April 22. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to participate in this tribute. |
