| All U.S. and Pennsylvania Flags to Fly at Half-Staff in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth Facilities in Indiana County |

| At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all U.S. & Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Indiana County are to be lowered to half-staff on Saturday, April 20, 2013, in honor of Chief Warrant Officer Matthew P. Ruffner, who died on April 9, 2013, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on Saturday, April 20. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to participate in this tribute. |
