All U.S. and Pennsylvania Flags Lowered to Half-Staff at Commonwealth Facilities Throughout the State

President Barack Obama has issued a proclamation as a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on April 15, 2013, in Boston, Massachusetts. All U.S. and Pennsylvania Flags at Commonwealth facilities throughout the state are to be lowered to half-staff immediately and shall remain at half-staff through sunset on Saturday, April 20, 2013.
