All U.S. and Pennsylvania Flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth Facilities in Clearfield County to be Lowered to Half-Staff

At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all U.S & Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Clearfield County are to be lowered to half staff on Thursday, March 28, in honor of U.S. Marine Lance Corporal Joshua M. Martino of DuBois. Lance Cpl. Martino died during a military training operation in Nevada on March 18, 2013. Flags shall remain at half staff through sunset on Thursday, March 28.

All Pennsylvanians are authorized to participate in this tribute.
