All PA Flags to be Lowered to Half-Staff in Capitol Complex & Luzerne County |

| At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Luzerne County are to be lowered to half staff, in honor of Officer Eric Williams, a Correctional Officer who was killed while performing his duties at Canaan Federal Penitentiary on Monday evening. Flags shall remain at half staff through interment. All Pennsylvanians are invited to join in this tribute. |
