All U.S. Flags to be Lowered to Half-Staff |

| President Barack Obama has issued a proclamation as a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on December 14, 2012, in Newtown, Connecticut. Flags are to be lowered to half-staff immediately and shall remain at half-staff until Sunset on Tuesday, December 18, 2012. For more details, please see the proclamation by the President of the United States of America included below. All Pennsylvanians are invited to join in this tribute.
