| FLAG NOTIFICATION All US & PA Flags in the Capital Complex and at Commonwealth Facilities in Westmoreland County Lowered to Half-Staff |

| From: PA State Capitol Police Date: October 13, 2012 At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all U.S. & Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Westmoreland County are to be lowered to half-staff on Saturday, October 13, 2012. This is in recognition of the memorial service being held at Norwin High School, North Huntingdon, in honor of Marine Lt. Col. Christopher K. Raible, who died in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on Saturday, Oct. 13. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to join in this tribute. |
