| FLAG NOTIFICATION All US & PA Flags Lowered to Half-Staff |

| From: PA State Capitol Police Date: September 13, 2012 The President has issued a proclamation as a mark of respect for the memory of John Christopher Stevens, United States Ambassador to Libya, and American personnel killed in the senseless attack on our diplomatic facility in Benghazi. Flags are to be lowered to half-staff immediately and shall remain at half-staff until sunset on Sunday, September 16. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to join in this tribute. |
