| FLAG NOTIFICATION U.S. and Pennsylvania Flags Should Be Flown at Half-Staff |

| From: PA State Capitol Police Date: August 6, 2012 The President has issued a proclamation as a mark of respect for the victims of yesterday's tragic events in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. In it, he has directed that flags will be flown at half-staff effective immediately and ending at sunset on Friday, August 10th, 2012.
