| FLAG NOTIFICATION All U.S. Flags Lowered to Half-Staff |

| From: PA State Capitol Police Date: July 23, 2012 All US flags will be lowered to half-staff in cooperation with the order given by President Barack Obama as a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on July 20, 2012, in Aurora, Colorado. Flags shall remain at half-staff through sunset on July 25, 2012. Please have the U.S. flags on the Complex lowered to half-staff immediately.
