| FLAG NOTIFICATION Lowering of U.S and Pennsylvania Flags in York County |

| From: PA State Capitol Police Date: July 20, 2012 At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all U.S. and Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in York County are to be flown at half-staff on Saturday, July 21, in honor of United States Army Spc. Cameron J. Stambaugh, who died on July 8 in Afghanistan. Flags should remain at half staff through sunset on July 21, 2012. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to join in this tribute.
