| FLAG NOTIFICATION Lowering of all US and PA Flags to Half-Staff Statewide |

| From: PA State Capitol Police Date: May 30, 2012 At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all US and Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Perry County are to be flown at half-staff on Thursday, May 31, in honor of United States Navy Diver 3rd Class Ryan M. Bennett, who died on May 19, while snorkeling in Guam. He was assigned to the USS Frank Cable. Flags should remain at half-staff through sunset on May 31, 2012.
