| FLAG NOTIFICATION Lowering of all Pennsylvania Flags in Capitol Complex and Commonwealth facilities in Clinton County |

| From: PA State Capitol Police Date: May 10, 2012 At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all U.S. & Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Clinton County are to be flown at half-staff on Friday, May 11, in honor of United States Army Captain Michael C. Braden. Captain Braden died on April 18 in Bagram, Afghanistan and will be buried with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery on May 11. Flags should remain at half staff thru sunset on May 11, 2012. All Pennsylvanians are authorized to join in this tribute. |
