| FLAG NOTIFICATION Lowering of PA Flags to Half-Staff Statewide |

| From: PA State Capitol Police Date: January 23, 2012 At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all Pennsylvania flags in the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities statewide are to be flown at half-staff to honor former Penn State football coach Joe Paterno, who died Sunday at the age of 85.
