The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is advising motorists traveling southbound on the Northeastern Extension between the Lehigh Tunnel and Mahoning Valley (Exit #74) Interchange to be prepared for a left-lane closure all week starting tonight, Monday, June 15 at 7 p.m.

The lane closure will be in effect southbound between mileposts A77 and A75 until Friday morning, June 19 at 6 a.m.

Motorists traveling northbound can expect overnight left-lane closures between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., tonight (6/15) through Friday (6/19) morning between mileposts A75 and A76 and daytime shoulder work on the ramp bridge that carries northbound on and off traffic over I-476 at the Mahoning Valley Interchange from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The contractor’s schedule is dependent on the weather and subject to change.
