Zelienople Service Plaza Closing Permanently Tomorrow |
||
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission will close permanently as of 7 am Saturday, Nov. 15 its Zelienople Service Plaza in New Sewickley Township, Beaver County. The plaza serves eastbound traffic only at Milepost 21.7, about midway between the Beaver Valley and Cranberry interchanges on Interstate 76. Closure of the Zelienople facility will make the refurbished Oakmont-Plum Service Plaza at Milepost 49.3 the first food and fuel "oasis" on I-76 for eastbound drivers on the western end of the Turnpike system. ### |
